No Heartbeat 💔

Today i got a second ultrasound and my doctor confirmed that there was no heartbeat. I'm devastated!!! My worst nightmare came true. I feel so horrible! I ate healthy, I stopped drinking coffee, had lots of water, took my prenatal pills and im so saddened that even though I tried to have a healthy baby this happened to me. My bump was already showing despite I was only 7 weeks. Im trying to stay strong for my 2 boys, but so hard.
