I have ocd and it's getting overwhelming when it comes to my showers , idk why I can never shower before going out and just not shower again I have to always shower when I come home from anywhere I feel like I'm dirty or have germs on me if I don't. Like this morning I took a shower and just like 30 minutes ago we went to the store so now that I'm back home I am getting the urge to shower again , my bf is obviously saying I should just change into my pjs and not shower , a big part of me doesn't want to shower cause I don't feel like it since I already did . But my ocd mind is like ugh . Is this irrational does anyone else have to shower when coming home from anywhere?
