I am 3 cm dilated and the doctor can feel his head ! 
A few minutes ago I had a little mucus with tiny bit of blood! 
Nothing big…..Is This Normal? Baby Coming? Idk

Looks like bloody show!! 💃🏼 labor could be soon! With my second baby I had bloody show at 1030 am and contractions started at 5pm!

When was your internal exam? It could be bloody show or it could be blood from having your cervix checked bc it’s very common to bleed from that at this point especially if you are dilated.
