2 and a half year old adjusting

Just wondering, is this anyone’s second baby?

My first boy is 2 and a half year’s old and has struggled slightly adjusting to the new baby (only 3 days old so there is time and plenty of reason to!).

We have done some mummy and son time, and daddy and son but he said today he was sad at us and he wants baby to leave his house. His emotions are all up and down bless him which is to be expected and he knows we will always talk about it (if he wants to) and love him.

Just wondering how long it took for others to see an adjustment back to somewhat normal behaviour/emotions?

Hard to see him look at me with upset eyes.

Not easy as well as I had a third degree tear and am now trying to get antibiotics as I think I’m getting an infection so struggling to do loads!
