When should I start to get worried?

I just woke up and I can't remember if I've felt her move recently. I know I felt her yesterday (Friday morning) but I don't know after that. I've been trying all the tricks to get her to move but she won't budge. When should I get worried/go to the hospital?

If you haven't felt her in that long and you've tried eating something and lying down to feel, I would go to an urgent care with a sonogram ASAP

How far along are you? I would call your doc right away. They should have an answering service and will get back to you within the hour with instructions on what to do

Ice cold water? Lay on your left. 
You could try rubbing the belly and see if that works? If your not gestational diabetic- have something sugary 
Baby could be asleep. They have wake patterns now. I do kick counts at night after dinner.

Friday is just yesterday,I wouldn’t worry that much though except it’s been 24-48 hours
