How soon until your pregnancy symptoms stopped?

Curious for all the mama’s who have recently birthed, did your uncomfortable (3rd trimester) pregnancy symptoms stop right away or are you still dealing with them? Think:
Breathlessness 
Tingling hands 
Restless legs
pregnancy insomnia 
Frequent peeing 
That ‘so full I can’t eat anything else’ but ‘I’m still hungry’ feeling….
I still have 6 weeks to go and have really numb hands. Wondering if it’ll go away straight after or take some time.

Omg it seemed like all that and more stopped right after he was out of my tummy lol it was so nice to finally have relief from 9 months of those symptoms.

Most of my symptoms went away within  few days. Still have sciatica pretty bad at 3 weeks postpartum.

Most of them but still have sciatica nerve pain .. still hungry but not as bad and tiredness is ridiculous tho lol but it gets better

All mine went away immediately except for the no room to eat problem, unfortunately.

My numbness in my hands didn’t go away with my second. I ended up having carpal tunnel surgery at 12 weeks. This time everything ended at delivery.

All the symptoms you mentioned went away immediately after baby was born for me. I had horrible reflux and it suddenly was gone! Another thing I noticed with my Apple Watch since it monitors my resting heart rate, I noticed it dropped rapidly a few days pp. I had high bp at the end of pregnancy and I’m not sure if it was related to my resting HR or not but at the end of pregnancy my resting Heart Rate was like 95-98 daily. Within days after birth it dropped into the 50s/60s which is my normal. I still had swelling for probably a week or so pp, and I had severe pelvic pain at the end of pregnancy to the point where I couldn’t hardly walk at the end and I did notice that while the pain improved it still stuck around a week or so after baby was born.

Most of that is gone within a few days or once the swelling goes down after birth.  I had restless leg while pregnant with my first though and it became a permanent thing.  She’s 18 and it never went away 😫
