Help!!!

So i have had faint lines all week on Wednesday I had a positive digital test. With all that being said I started spotting (pink/brown discharge) on Thursday. Then yesterday morning I started bleeding so I went to my doctor and had bloodwork done (still haven’t gotten results back yet). The bleeding hasn’t gotten very heavy but it’s stayed steady. Yesterday I had some very very mild cramping but this morning cramping is gone but still bleeding. I figured I was just having a chemical pregnancy and was so upset. Well this morning I just randomly decided to take a test and this is what it looks like the lines are so so so dark (clearly positive). I’ll post pictures of the test from Friday morning vs this morning. Has this happened to anyone can this be normal or is it a miscarriage. Obviously I’ll know with the bloodwork results but im just anxious. I just need some insight!!
