What to do with newborn?

What do you all do with your newborns all day? My girl is 2 weeks and 4 days and she sleeps a lot, but I want her to be awake a little more during the day so she hopefully sleeps better at night, but don’t know what to do with her other than tummy time, read and walks?

Newborn babies basically just sleep, eat, and poop. Sleeping is necessary for their neurodevelopment so I would avoid messing with her sleep patterns at this stage - they truly need as much sleep as they can get.
My preemie (2.5 weeks old now) sleeps basically all the time but when he’s awake I just talk to him. When he sleeps, I snuggle him. When he’s hungry, I feed him. That’s about it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That’s basically all there is to do with them at this stage lol.  I sing a lot of nursery rhymes while doing stuff like changing diapers which draws things out a bit and gives baby stimulation

That’s pretty much all there is to daily routines with newborns! I did get some activity cards that give creative ideas for different types of developmental activities. I’m excited to try some of them!

Not much you can do yet. They need to sleep that much. 
Mine started to be a little more awake during day at 3 weeks, i sing and read stories to him, then help him sleep. At 4 weeks he is even more awake but still needs to sleep a lot although now sometimes he is not able to fall asleep by himself. 
Also at this stage they need to eat every 2-3 hours, so you can't make her sleep longer at night yet (well...you can but i think is not recommended) 
What i did is to make a difference between day and night. No bright lights after 7pm. No dark places to sleep during day. And baby does sleep more, he eats every hour and half during day and every two or two and half hours (sometimes 3) during night. There's a few times he could sleep longer but i don't let him stay longer than 3 hours without eating (3 and a half now that he is a little bigger)
