This swelling normal?

So after a warm shower lastnight for some massive back pain, my feet swelled up something fierce. I’m 38 weeks 4 days, is this normal?

Swelling of hands, feet, and/or face is warning signs for preeclampsia. If possible, check your blood pressure, notify doctor for other at-home recommendations.

My doctor basically said if it’s expected to have some swelling in your feet. Also heat causes swelling anyways so if you were taking a hot shower it makes sense. If only your feet it’s less worrisome then if it’s also your face, hands, etc.
