Miscarriage

My last period started in sept. 4th. On Wednesday I got 3 positive tests and on Thursday I had two more positive tests. Everything was going fine with very minor cramping. Today I woke up blood in my underwear and went to the er. They did blood work, pelvic exam, ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound. Nothing indicated a pregnancy. My hcg level was lower than a 5 so I thought I was having a chemical pregnancy. The hospital couldn’t tell me anything. I go to the doctor on Tuesday for my first appointment with my obgyn. I’m hoping my hcg levels have increased or else it looks like the miscarriage did happen. Anyone else have the same issue?
