DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS PIMPLE IS??

Question

my little brother randomly came home with this pimple 
he has a hard time moving his hand 
and sometimes it just bursts blood out of nowhere 
he travelled out of the country and he’s coming back soon to see a doctor but in the meantime does anyone know what this could be?????

Hi. 
I am not sure what the history of the lesion is but from examination, you can see that the area surrounding the lesion is red and the lesion is suppurative- meaning it looks like there's pus. 
There's definitely an infectious process going on at that site. He would do well with a short course of oral antibiotics- ampiclox, or a cephalosporin. 
Cleaning the area with warm saline or salt dissolved in warm
