Cramping at 10 weeks

When is cramping not normal ? I’m 10 weeks today and for the last couple of days I have been cramping so bad ! Like I’ve never been the one to have period cramps either, but when I sit or lay I feel fine. When I go walk around a store or something it’ll literally almost take my breath away until I sit again. I’ve had some spotting and stuff but Everytime I get an ultrasound everything is fine, (I have a hematoma) I feel like I call my dr like every week and they probably won’t see me because I was just seen. So like when is cramping something to really worry about ? I feel like they’re more than mild😅
