What is the feeling of mom in 3rd month of pregnancy

Hello Mom s... Actually i want to ask some questions to all of you.. Can any one tell me what do a mom feel in starting of third month of pregnancy. Is a baby movement can express to mother tummy.. When we eat something.. Can a baby react on it. Is this possible when we sleep at night baby is awake and want to eat.. Is baby force mommy to pee due to his weight.. Can baby change their position of movement... And when baby stay at one side is this feel little bit hurt.... Bcz i feel all that things
