Moving

Anyone recently move around this age? We bought a new home last week. It was a bit of a nightmare move, but i was able to get her room totally set up along with her sisters room before they got home for the day. We are about a week into being moved in & most of the house is set up with familiar belongings. Tinsley is not adjusting well at all. She cries at bedtime & we have to hold her until she falls asleep (normally asleep by 7pm but lately not until 830). She seems to wake up in a panic at 430am every day and can’t settle back down so we are up for the day after we try. She cries hysterically when I drop her off at daycare (rarely does this) as well. She generally seems freaked out by the new house/change. I don’t think it’s the sleep regression- I can tell she’s scared & it’s not just an unhappy I’m in my crib type of cry

. Anyone else go through this or have any suggestions? We also live literally down the road from our old house (bought a bigger place actually on the lake) so we can’t do family walks right now as she gets upset when we go by our old house. I know she’s to young to really understand it, but I just feel awful for her that she is so freaked out. I’m also insanely tired.
