Due date change?

So i had an ultrasound today to check baby girls lungs again. I’m only 32w5d but she’s measuring like 35 weeks and already over 5 lbs. My EDD is 11/24 but the other date according to measurements is 11/12. Do you think they will induce me earlier with her being so big already? Anyone have any experience with babies measuring ahead? Im definitely ready to meet her but I don’t want her to be too big and I need a c section.

The further along you get, the more inaccurate the measurements are due to baby being so big. I would take it with a grain of salt. My baby measured ahead from the FIRST ultrasound (the most important one for dating) and came exactly a week early.

Both times I’ve been pregnant they said they would move EDD if there was more than a week’s different in my LMP and what the ultrasound growth scan was showing. I’ve always measured on track so it’s never moved so I can’t say what your OB might do 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m right there with you due 11/24 too and my last sono at 31 weeks baby was already 4.5 pounds but since it’s within the two weeks my date won’t change. I have big babies too and was induced with two of my three pregnancies so far and I told the midwife I’d rather get induced than have a c-section but I was told at 39 weeks I could get put on a list but no guarantees if there will be space for me but I’m going to try
