I just wanna know why sometimes it feels like theres a cramp in my butt? Anyone else get that? It’s random

I use to get these all the time randomly, and sometimes after sex. The doctor told me that it’s just a butt headache. I explained to him how sharp the pain is in my rectum and he said that is normal and it will just go away on its own. Very uncomfortable I know… so sorry you’re having to deal with this
