First echo today

Hi.. today I had the first echo.. based on the first day of the last period, i have irregular cycle, today i am 7w..but the doktor she say you are smaller 5w4d fetus pregnancy.. It is normal?she say is all right the pregnancy is intrauterine but you are small..i have termin for 3 weeks
