I feel gross

I am of the age of 18. I never had sex EVER. On October 3rd I was starting to feel itchy down there and through out the day I was starting to feel symptoms of a yeast infection ofc anything can cause a yeast infection but I was wondering what should i do because it’s my FIRST one and I feel so dirty. I am scared to take over the counter medication. Is there any natural remedies to get rid of it and to make sure the issue is solved and clean.
