Bleeding...

I'm 8 weeks 3 days, and today I started to cramp a bit and bleed kind of like a period, no clots yet but has anyone else had this before and been ok? I'm feeling down and sad just in case I'm losing my baby 😔 I've been to hospital but they said to go to early pregnancy unit but I cant get in until Thursday, please help me out x
