Ramzi my sonogram?

Just been for a scan at 8,1 just needed reasurance this isn't just a dream and we saw our little blob :) we didn't get a heartbeat reading although we saw it and just wondering if you guys reckon a boy or girl? It was an abdoman scan so unsure if it's mirrored? and I can't tell where the placenta is!thanks !x
