Vaccine pls help

Hi guys, I’m seeing my doctor about this today but just wanted to ask if anyone here got their 2nd dose of Pfizer in early pregnancy? I just found out today I’m pregnant and I’m not sure if I should wait until I am a bit further along to get my second dose? I’m so so over the moon that I’m finally pregnant I don’t want anything to risk it. I am 3wks 5 days today, but I can wait until I’m 5 weeks to get the second dose and it will have been 6 weeks between doses still. What do you guys think?
