Subchrionic Hematoma blood clots

Hi everyone, i am 7 weeks today and we came just back from the clinic to do an emergency ultrasound. Baby’s heartbeat is 140 and measures right on track. However this morning I had a heavy bleeding and passed some blood clots. See picture. The doctor put me on bedrest until bleeding stops but didn’t say it was a subcnrionic hematoma. He said he could definitely see the bleeding on the ultrasound and that ofcourse this was not something they liked to see. Told me chances of miscarriage were 50/50. But most women with subcnrionic hematoma’s seem to be fine. I need some positive stories! Cramping comes and goes and isn’t worse than period cramps. Heavy bleeding has stopped and I didn’t pass more cloths.
