I live in Indiana and my Medicaid covered a double electric hospital grade pump 100% !!!

depends on your state. apparently my state won't cover it : ( I called and asked. but I heard of a few states covering it. you'll have to call mediciad for your state to be sure, they may have covered it before but now or vice versa. I hope they cover it for you. all ins. should in my opinion. I can't afford to take maternity leave, so I need to pump at work but I can't afford a pump either : (
