Bleeding after sex

I had pretty rough (deep and hard) sex with my boyfriend in missionary. I started bleeding almost immediately afterwards, and it’s now been almost 3 days and I’m still bleeding.

The flow is heavier than my periods (although my periods are generally decently light) and BRIGHT red. Is this something I should go to the doctors for? 😬

the blood is accompanied by pain in the low low part of my stomach. It’s a dull but decently strong pain. The bleeding starts and stops randomly throughout the day. Google is telling me it’s miscarriage or cancer so 😳 help!!
