Yeast infection in first trimester

Terconozole .8% 3x for three nights-yeast infection

I’m afraid to continue this suppository cream bec few hours after I took it yesterday after I went to bathroom I was lightly shedding blood on tissue toilet and slight on underwear. I was accompanied with abdominal discomfort like from an upset stomach and it’s making me nervous to continue the medicine. Waiting to hear back from dr. Also using destin for itchiness. Any thoughts? I’m 9weeks pregnant too.
