Does size matter? (Birthing Ball)
Okay so starting to bounce today and I have two balls. I recall using the small (55) for a few weeks to help breech baby turn (didnt work) and shifting to the large (75) two days before I went into labor naturally (not breech)
We filled the large up for this baby (need to help her engage) and Im reading now that for my height it might be too big. Are you following the guides or did the larger work better/worse?
