Is this normal? I haven’t noticed it til now

My baby is 7 weeks old and I just noticed his belly button had this? Usually his belly button was kinda shut I guess- I’m not sure what this is and I don’t really have anyone to call this late at night 😅 so I’m bringing it here until I can contact a nurse

I’m not certain but my daughter had something that was worse, her cord fell off and it was brown and smelled so bad for a while, no puss oozing or anything. But the nurse said it was ok. I actually used goldenseal on it which helped it. But research that. Send pic to doctor
