Accidentally pushed colostrum out at 20 weeks
Kind of freaking out because I didn't realize I expressed colostrum and now I'm cramping a bit and I'm only 20 weeks. It's not painful or anything I'm just aware of it. I read somewhere it can put you into preterm labor hence why I'm freaking out.
