Early signs of twins?

Did anyone know they were having twins before it was confirmed by Dr?

I had a feeling because all the symptoms started super early and hit super hard and even tho dr didnt confirm it, i knew when my hcg levels came back at 4.5wks at 9,262 that there had to be more than one.. Im now 9wks 2days with confirmed twins via u/s

That's exciting!! Twins runs in my hubby's family. Well his paternal grandmother was a twin. 
​However, his mom didn't carry any. 
​I'm hoping for twins! Our prenatal is on oct 3, no scheduled ultrasound just yet.
​We just want either a healthy baby or healthy set of twins!! Whichever! :) 
​Lol :)
