Headaches
Is anyone else getting headaches nearly everyday? it was normal for me to have them before I got pregnant but the first two months I was headache free! at our first appointment the nurse said sometimes our hormones help us out that way. the very next day I got a headache for 3 days straight. the nurse had told me to call the office if I did end up getting a headache so I did and they told me to go to the ER. I took extra strength tylenol and it ended up going away, but ever since I've been getting them almost every day. I don't eat a lot of sugar and definitely watch sugar in my food and I am hydrated, drinking two Camelbak bottles a day (still striving for 3 bottles like before I was pregnant, but I'm always so full! ) I'm not having caffeine withdrawal, because I barely drink coffee before this. I love coffee, but I would take a whole day to drink one cup. I have suggested to other people tylenol and peppermint oil. I still use both but I just hate that I'm having a headache everyday. It's preventing me from getting a lot done now that I'm not so queasy. I started to lay down when I have a headache and that seems to work. I get up and get something done but then it comes back.
