HELP PLZZZ!!

Hi, I need your help! Me and my boyfriend were just getting freaky. And when he was fingering me he scratched my insides and cut my labia. It all happened so fast I don’t know how that even happened but it did. Now I have such a strong urge to pee but when I do it BURNS SOO BADLY!!! Horrible burning pain when I pee. I barley bled at all but I did see some spots of red. I located the cut and it’s on the outside but I’m sure I have some scratches inside that I can’t see. I really need to pee and I can’t bring myself to do so. It’s like when you are constipated.. you need to poo so badly but it doesn’t come out. any ointments that I can put.? Any one know if the cut will heal on its own? No I’m not gonna go to a doctor.. Im too embarrassed and it’s also 2AM and everything is closed. I’m not about to go to the ER for a minor cut.
