Has anyone tried the fridababy pacifier weaning system? Looking to break my 18 month old from her pacifier ASAP.

You really don’t need to buy anything to wean. Honestly this is kind of a waste of money. I’m a speech therapist and if someone asks me how to wean I just tell them to start gradually cutting the tip of the pacifier until it’s gone then we say “uh oh it’s broken!” and throw it away 🤷🏻‍♀️

I dipped her pacifier in apple cider vinegar. One suck and she never wanted it again 😂

No, we didn't try it. We just did cold turkey. It was hard for a couple of days but after that he was fine.

Nope. I waited until my daughter was ready and that was right around 2. Once she started falling asleep with it, but spitting it out once asleep. Took it cold turkey and she did fine. Not a single issue. Told her that only babies need binkies and she wasn’t a baby anymore, she was a big girl.

When my oldest turned a year, I literally just throw it away and never looked back. He did fine after a few days.
