Headaches getting worse

Hey y’all I’ve been getting multiple headaches throughout the day. They feel like they’re getting worse. I haven’t mentioned it to my doctor yet because I’m going to a rheumatologist in December. Anyways the headaches don’t get better with Tylenol (this is all I can take due to an allergy to Motrin and Advil). It was to the point that I started having trouble getting to sleep last night even after I had taken some medicine. I even had a little cold compress that I put on the back of head (this is where the pain was). I’m not even sure what to do anymore of if I can wait until December with the intensity of the pain I’ve been feeling 😭
