Need some advice

I was in a relationship with this man about a year ago and I broke it off because he was always complaining about not liking his job, not having money for car repairs and couldn’t even afford a new mattress. That being said I’ve had very bad luck in 2 separate relationships where I get taken advantage of when it comes to money. I have my own business that I’ve worked very hard for and I don’t mind sharing as long as my partner also brings something to the table. Now he has reached out to me again and I will say he has been one of the nicest, caring, loving man I’ve been with. He has been doing well with starting his own business and currently taking commercial brokerage classes. So he is working on his financial situation. I got the butterflies in the stomach feeling when I saw him and had lunch the other day with him. He has always made me feel special. I’m going to pursue this relationship and take it one day at a time and also will support him in anyway to build his business. I will say I have a lot of feelings for him. What would you do?
