Hi moms and moms to be... I have switched to using a midwife for my pregnancy as I was having a bad experience with my ob. She has recommended that I seek out using a doula for my labor and delivery. I have started to make a few phone calls but am finding it very expensive and not sure what I should be looking for. I would love to hear your advice on how to find the best doula and also if you have recommendations about a doula!!! I live in Long Island NY!!!!! Thank you all so much for your support!
