Okay so background info: been with my bf for 6 months. Our sex life is great , he makes me finish every time just with penetration. About 3 months in a realized I was giving him bj’s daily, but he had never gone down on me, not once. So I stopped with the bj’s and told him I won’t be doing it again until he does his part. We went 3 more months and nothing. He still begged for bj’s but I refused. He finally went down on me the other night, it lasted maybe one minute but I don’t think it was even a full minute. Because of lack of effort I still didn’t suck his dick. It’s not a deal breaker for me tbh. I’m fine living life with him, never getting oral but if that’s the case I’m not willing to do it for him either. Should I just draw the line and say I’m done with the argument, neither of us will get head ever? Or should I leave it on the table, it’s up to him if he gets bj’s or not?

Have you considered that maybe he just doesn't like giving oral? Do you enjoy giving it to him? If you do then it isn't fair to him that you refuse to give him oral just because he won't give it to you if he doesn't like it. It seems you’ve stopped to pressure him into it which isn’t how I’d go about it. At the same time, I wouldn’t feel especially inclined to give oral if not receiving it; I mean I’d try other things we can mutually do to each other, there are so many other things to explore without the expectation that you’ll give oral regardless. Him begging for it is just odd…neither of you will die from not getting head but if it’s a big deal for both, maybe y’all aren’t sexually compatible.
