My first real positive ovulation test now what?. Do i still have a chance?

Sorry yall but i always get confused on these this is my first real positive with these strips ive used diff brands and im currently on ovaboost and myo insotil.. im kind of nervous so do i just baby dance this whole weekend or just today? .. help please and thank you!
