Over 45 pregnancies ?

Hi I’m on third week 1 day and have ALL the symptoms for as far along as I “am”, headaches, raised temp, bloating, gas, extremely tender breasts, increased urinating and appetite, increased libido, light cramping, even colostrum from my nipples! However I took an early detection pregnancy test today and it was negative. I know it’s early but I’m wondering if there are any other women out there over 45 who have successfully been impregnated w/out fertility assistance? I’m 48 My guy is 35 almost 36. Any encouraging or success stories would be so greatly appreciated ❤️
