What do you make of this ultrasound report?

I am concerned bcuz it mentions “gest sac irregular”. Thoughts?? (It’s a little blurry but it’s some what readable if you zoom in)

Looks like the had a reason for the slight irregularity do to the fuzzy imaging. Probably cause they have to zoom so much. I think it is an okay ultrasound. But I’m not a tech. And did I read secondary yock sac?

It might be still to early hun, it does say to rescan in 2 weeks and no live embryo. it’s says your just over 5weeks and that’s quiet early to see anything. But that doesn’t always mean something bad. How far pregnant do you think you are ?

Sound like possible twins because they are talking about a second yolk sac. And maybe a cyst on one of your ovaries.
