Leftover hcg or possible new pregnancy? (Trigger warning- miscarriage)

I had a blighted ovum/ miscarriage in august. I passed everything using the pills to induce the miscarriage at 10w

I never had my hcg tracked as it declined by blood test but I tested a few times at home. My last draw was 45,000 July 27 at which point it had started to drop.

September 18 I had a faint test. I’ll post it. I assumed it would be back to zero within a week or two after that. (All of my previous miscarriages were back to zero within one week once they reached that light of a line)

It’s now 3.5 weeks later and I’m getting a faint line.

It’s fainter than on September 18 but I wasn’t expecting to see anything because I’ve had my first period post miscarriage already so I figured I was at 0 when I got my period so there’s a slim possibility that I’ve ovulated since that period
