Protein in urine?

I went in today to my OB to my normal appt and had high bp (which I’ve had entire pregnancy) and 1+ protein in my urine. He sent me over to the hospital and my blood pressure is completely normal and they said I have NO protein in my urine. Im staying the night for a 24 hour Urine and monitoring but I feel like everyone is looking at my like I’m silly for wasting their time. I’m so confused. Has this happened to anyone?

My BP was on the higher side of normal at 36w4d. I always had a good blood pressure. They checked my urine and determined I had no protein in my urine. The next evening I felt so sick and foggy at one point, I knew my BP was too high. I got a blood pressure cuff and it read 150/85 then 145/90.  Off to triage we went where we did another protein check and I tested positive for preeclampsia. That was the only time my blood pressure read so high. Every other time it was around 135/85.

I had +1 at 32w and my OB didn’t even mention it but I didn’t have high blood pressure either

I also have to do that, but I have to do it at home. Wished they gave me the option to stay over 😩 but they gave me HBP pills and baby aspirin to take bc every time i visited my pressure is too high 😫 But now that I’m taking my BP at home it’s normal, I guess they just wanna compare idk lol
