Met with a PT doctor to start prepping my body for this babe. Had no idea that's its best to have a pelvic muscle exam in 2nd trimester and determine stength and elactisity before doing kegel exercises in first trimester. Also, daily meditation was her #1 "exercise" for a relaxed baby down the road.
