Help needed!

I had a yeast infection started meds for that Monday & then found out I had a UTI so I started those on Wednesday I notice since starting the meds for the uti my discharge is yellow & my urine almost darker in tone also. Should I be concerned? My discharge Is almost non existent but I’m still very irritated on the outer labia is still very early in my treatments and I don’t want to look crazy with All these questions
