Possibly a very stupid question lol

Hey guys. So I'm 37 weeks and experiencing intermittent shooting pains in my butt/back/hips. About every 7 minutes and lasts 30-45 seconds. Can this be contractions? Or "back labor" ? Sorry if this is a dumb question...but I've never had a baby before 😜 and I've def never felt anything like this
