TTC with femara 5mg. CD 9 follicle scan

Hi, I had my CD follicle scan after taking femara(letrozole) CD 3-7 5mg

Because Of my pcos I have a lot of follicles, I had 15 measuring less than 10mm on my left and 12 measuring less than 10mm on my right. I had only one dominant follicle on my right side measuring 10mm. The doctor asked me to have another ultrasound on CD12. Do you think my follicles will grow enough until CD 12 ? Did someone have similar follicle sizes and did your follicle grow by your second ultrasound?
