Spotting 10w3d

Started with light brown spotting two nights ago with mild cramping. Continued with intermittent brown spotting throughout all of yesterday with mild cramps. I called on call OB and they told me to wait to speak with my regular OB. Called regular OB today twice and still haven’t heard back on what to do. It’s not getting better, but it’s not getting worse. Intermittent cramping still that is definitely not bad, but I did notice some stringy light brown discharge with my spotting the last time I wiped. Just unsure of what to do since no one is giving answers. I’m a nervous wreck because we’ve been undergoing fertility treatments for a year and haven’t experienced any spotting up until this point. My next scheduled US isn’t until a week from now.

I think the trouble is I’ve now graduated from my fertility specialist, but I haven’t yet had my first OB appointment with my regular OB (she’s been my gyno for over 2 years now, however). Just don’t know what to do.
