Got my membranes sweeped today, did anyone have any success with this? I’m 2cm & 70% effaced , 38 weeks

Had 2 sweeps done last week. One last Wednesday and the other, the next day. I got my bloody show and I’m still pregnant. 😩 I hope yours works though. Will be setting up an induction date tomorrow

I’ve had 2 successful sweeps.
1st baby - sweep done at 40+4 weeks, 1 cm dilated. He was born the next day.
2nd baby - sweep done on my due date, 3-4 cm dilated, he was born the next day.
I feel if you’re on the edge of labor it can jumpstart it.

I had a sweep done last Friday. I was 3cm and 50% effaced. Still pregnant. It’s hit or miss if it’ll work. I hope it does for you!
