Prenatal vitamins and supplements?
Is anyone taking additional supplements on top of their prenatal vitamins to conceive? I asked my ob if I’m taking too much or too little. She wasn’t opposed to what I’m taking, but also didn’t mention if I needed anything else other than exercise and eating healthy lol.
At night I’m currently taking: Ritual prenatals, Probiotics &Melatonin.
During the day: Cranberry, Coq10, Ashwagandha.
Being 35 with no luck during this TTC journey yet, I wanted to try the healthy/natural route before considering IVF or other treatments. Would love to hear your thoughts!
