Orgasm=all day cramps

In the earlier weeks (5-7) if I had an orgasm I would have some spotting for that day (and some cramps) and it would resolve by the next morning (and was okayed by my OB). I’m almost 13w, and now if I have an orgasm I won’t spot but I’m have these weird, not intense at all, cramps that last for hours (8-10hrs) afterwards. Again, it’s all okayed by my doctor but I hate to think the cramps are messing things up for baby in there. Anyone else having issues or symptoms with sex/orgasms?
