Baby's Throat

Hi. My 2 weeek old baby boy has been very fussy the past few days and it was very challenging to calm him down. The doctor has prescribed giving him anti-colic drops. But just this afternoon, i noticed something in my baby's throat (white thingy). I dont know what this is but just thinking maybe this is why he's been crying a lot. Anyone knows what this is? He has no fever or anything, just crying a lot that's all. We'll be coming back to the pedia doctor anyways on Saturday to have it checked too.
